    Pronto POS is a smart, all-in-one Point of Sale system designed for restaurants, cafes, food trucks, and small retailers. It helps manage orders, payments, menus, delivery platforms, and stock from one intuitive interface.
  • How much does Pronto cost?
    That depends on the plan and number of channels you want to activate, where your business is based, the size of your online sales operation, and the number of locations. We offer flat rates and flexible pricing plans to meet the needs of all business types.

  • What happens when I sign up with Pronto?
    If you want to join Pronto family, you can schedule a free guided demo. One of our delivery experts in your area will get in touch with you to show you how our platform works, and answer any questions you may have.

  • How much money can Pronto help me save?
    Our POS helps you save money in several ways:

    • You no longer have to assign an employee to manage your online orders, so on average there is a 25% decrease in labor costs.

  • Is there a hardware fee?
    Yes — we charge a one-time hardware purchase fee of £100, plus a small delivery fee:
    • £3–£6 within the UK
    • International shipping available (rates vary by location)
    This gives you permanent ownership of the device.

    Once you register and pay, your POS terminal and setup guide will be dispatched within 1–3 working days (UK delivery).

    You’ll receive an Android-powered tablet with our POS software pre-installed — ready to use straight out of the box.

    You only pay your monthly subscription after setup. Full tracking details are provided upon dispatch.
  • Which delivery platforms is Pronto till integrated with?
    We support integrations with major online delivery players around the world, including Deliveroo, UberEats, GrubHub, FoodHub, Stuart and many more. Visit our delivery platform integrations page to see all active and upcoming integrations in your country.

    We’re working on adding as many food delivery services as we can. Is your delivery platform not included yet? Let us know and request an integration so we can look into it.

  • Can I update my menu and prices in real time?
    Yes - you can manage menus, prices, availability, and promotions live from the terminal or your remote dashboard.
  • Do you offer onboarding or setup support?
    Yes - we provide a simple onboarding guide and video tutorials. Our team is available for live chat or Zoom onboarding if needed.
  • Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
    There’s no long-term contract — you can cancel anytime. We bill monthly.
  • Can I use my own tablet or device?
    Currently, we only support our certified Android device to ensure performance, reliability, and updates.
